Needless to say, Greg has been a HUGE mentor to me and a DEAR friend.

I had the wonderful opportunity to attend Greg Laurie’s OC study recently while traveling back to S. Cal. What a blessing indeed!!!
I was honored to meet Pastor Greg Laurie after the service. I must admit that I have a huge amount of respect for the “2 Greg’s”(Using your term). God has certainly spoken to me through your ministry.
I was blessed to stand back and observe. Many people wanted to talk to Greg Laurie and share. I was very impressed with how he handled every interaction and made time for everyone that wanted to talk with him. I started thinking and I realized how in our culture, people gravitate towards celebrities and try to get a minute of their time. The same could be said for a pastor. Many people want a minute or two of your time and you are always willing to give of yourself. This truly made me appreciate the pastors that our Lord has chosen to communicate the Gospel. You see, I thought about how in our culture, we recognize a celebrity for their talents as an artist or athlete. At that moment, I was reminded of how our Lord has chosen Pastor Greg Laurie, You, and many others to communicate to His people and speak through you to change many lives and “Eternal Addresses”. All of the praise and glory belongs to God. If there was anyone that I feel deserves recognition and respect for their talents and gifts, it would be our pastors.
You often refer to the influence that Pastor Chuck Smith and Greg Laurie have had in your life and I wanted to share how you have impacted my life.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Jesus for you and Greg Laurie!!! I am inspired by the leadership that God has blessed you with.
